I’m back to my twice weekly exercise class. Monday and Thursday morning for one hour, a group of women (and one man!) gather at my church for a fairly grueling exercise class. When I started the class one year ago, I thought how hard can it be, a bunch of older (well, not me, lol) women exercising, but it turned out that our instructor kicks our butt. I was able to do almost every exercise except for lunges or those exercises that required bending of my left foot. Extended standing on that foot also caused a problem but with the aid of a chair I did alright. I just needed to remind myself to stand on my whole foot instead of putting all my weight on the outside of my foot.
Back to Exercise – Day Fifteen
